As an experienced consultant and enterprise architect, he has led complex digital transformations, designed custom software solutions, and spearheaded implementations for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Yaron believes that leveraging the right software tools for each unique challenge drives sustainable success and is steadfast in upholding exceptional quality standards. Yaron lives and works in Richmond, VA.

Matt leads Aionic's delivery and operations teams. He is an experienced IT consultant and program manager who has led many large enterprises through complex e-commerce, loyalty, mobile app and CMS projects. Matt believes that the success of an engagement is not just based on the quality of the technology involved, but also the guidance, perspective and partnership that is provided to clients who have put their trust in our team. Matt lives and works in Cleveland, Ohio.

Ralph is a visionary leader & entrepreneur with a proven track record in driving business transformation through innovative strategies. He has founded, managed and grown multiple software and service companies with a passion around content management and emerging technologies. Ralph believes in fostering an environment that encourages teamwork where diverse ideas are encouraged and integrated into Aionic’s culture. Ralph splits his time between Bethesda, MD and Melbourne, FL.

Eric leads both Aionic’s global development team and our Peruvian office. He has over two decades of experience architecting and building complex software implementation projects for global organizations. Eric has a passion and skill for incorporating cutting edge AI solutions into both our accelerators, products and projects that help speed time to value. He is both a PhD candidate in the field of AI and a professor who teaches various programming languages at a leading university near his home in Lima, Peru.
